One simple price

Free for 90 days, then R499 a month, or R4 990 a year. Unlimited listings, every lead, your badge and your page. Buyers always use Property HQ free.

Do I need a PPRA number?

You can list without one, but the verified agent badge is only shown once you add your PPRA registration number to your profile.

What happens after the 90 days?

Nothing is charged automatically. You can subscribe to the Agent plan to keep listing without limits, or carry on free - your existing listings stay up, and free members can have one active listing.

Do buyers pay anything?

No. Browsing, calculators and enquiring are free for buyers, which is why they come back.

How do payments work?

Securely through PayFast - card, EFT or SnapScan. Monthly or annual; annual works out cheaper.

Can private sellers list too?

Yes, one property each for free. Their listings are marked "Private seller" and their numbers are never shown, so buyers can tell agents' listings apart.
